Description of teaching staff assessment:

• The assessment of teaching staff, prior to their recruitment, as stipulated by the Organic Law on Universities.

• The assessment of teaching staff’s individual teaching, research and management experience, prior to their recruitment, which will determine how much they will each receive in additional salary payments.

• The assessment of research activities carried out by contracted teaching staff at Valencian universities, using assessment procedures and criteria similar to those employed by the Ministry of Science and Innovation’s National Committee for Assessing Research Activity to assess university teaching staff.
